The light bulbs that we typically use are soft white compact fluorescent (13 watt, 2700 kelvin, 825 lumen). Replacement bulbs are located in the janitor's closet next to the rear elevator lobby.

Good afternoon,

I order the light bulbs. They will be in early next week. I’ll drop them off in the janitors closet and instruct cleanerific to only use those.

Stock replacement light bulbs and instruct cleaning staff to use them to replace bad bulbs
Casey,

Both Lion and I have noticed that the cleaning staff are replacing our soft white CFL (2700K) with cool white (5000K). We'd prefer to maintain a uniform color temperature (kelvin) and brightness (lumens) throughout the building. Can you stock the cleaning supply closet with the correct bulbs?

I surveyed some of the fixtures to see what we had already.
  1. Soft White CFL
    1. Sylvania 9W, 2700K
    2. EnergyWiser 2700K, 900 Lumens
    3. GE Helical 15W, 950 lumens, 2700K
    4. GE Helical 20W, 1250 lumens, 2700K
  1. Cool White CFL
    1. Satco 18W 5000K, 1200 lumens

I found a couple of sources for inexpensive soft white CFL that match the majority of the ones that we're using today. Will you buy these for the HOA and instruct the cleaning staff to use them to replace bad bulbs?
