Freshdesk is the website where we manage maintenance request tickets. They offer an app so you can manage your tickets from your iPhone.
  1. If you haven't already done so, please create account an account on the Freshdesk website.
  2. On your iPhone, install the Freshdesk app from the App Store.
  3. Helpdesk URL = montecitonorth.freshdesk.com
  4. Email = Your email address
  5. Password = The password you use to login in step #1 above
  6. Click Continue
  7. If you're an administrator, you can view all unresolved tickets by doing the following
    1. Click New & My Open Tickets
    2. Click All Unresolved Tickets
