Freshdesk is the website where we manage maintenance request tickets. They offer an app so you can manage your tickets from your iPhone.
- If you haven't already done so, please create account an account on the Freshdesk website.
- On your iPhone, install the Freshdesk app from the App Store.
- Helpdesk URL = montecitonorth.freshdesk.com
- Email = Your email address
- Password = The password you use to login in step #1 above
- Click Continue
- If you're an administrator, you can view all unresolved tickets by doing the following
- Click New & My Open Tickets
- Click All Unresolved Tickets
